ALL SESSIONS SCHEDULED WILL REQUIRE A VALID CREDIT / DEBIT CARD ON FILE TO COMPLETE THE BOOKING. THE CARD WILL BE CHARGED AND YOUR APPOINTMENT STATUS WILL BE CONFIRMED.

AFTER BOOKING, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS SENT IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE KEEP THIS FOR REFERENCE. 3-HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION, A REMINDER EMAIL IS SENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FINAL REMINDER VIA EMAIL 15-MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION. PLEASE USE THE CORRECT EMAIL WHEN BOOKING A SESSION.

THERE IS A 15 - MINUTE GRACE PERIOD IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. PLEASE TEXT OR CALL 857 928-4995 TO LET US KNOW. ANY TIME AFTER UP TO 30 MINUTES, A $25 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL. AFTER 30 MINUTES, THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELED, LABELED AS A NO-SHOW, AND 40% OF THE ALREADY CHARGED FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.

THERE IS A 24 - HOUR WINDOW BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE (FOUND IN YOUR EMAIL). IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 12 - HOURS OF YOUR SESSION, IT WILL BE LABELED AS A LAST-MINUTE CANCELATION. AND 40% OF THE ALREADY CHARGED FEE WILL BE REFUNDED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUALLY CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR SESSION.
